We have a wealth of experience and knowledge in working with schools, building strong relationships to meet their differing HR and Payroll needs effectively. We love working in the education sector and have built up an excellent reputation for finding practical, pragmatic and timely solutions to even the most complex situations.
Not all schools fit neatly into a box. With many different types of schools, we recognise that ‘off the shelf’ solutions are not appropriate. The HR Dept Academic offers an insured advice line as well as on-site support. The advice line service provides you with all the advice and documents for all people problems on a day to day basis as well as support when required for any difficult meetings. We are here to remove the HR burden from you. With the HR advice line, you receive the added benefit of legal expenses insurance. If you act on the advice you are given, you will also be covered in the unlikely event of an employment tribunal.
